Raymond Eaton
Owner/LCAM
Passionate about community living and exceptional property management services.
Raymond is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in community association management, financial services, and real estate.
As the co-owner of Anchorage Property Management, CED Tax & Accounting Services and, and Primoris Wealth Advisors LLC, he brings a rare blend of financial expertise and hands-on property management to every community he serves.
A graduate of Franklin Pierce College with a degree in Accounting and Finance, Raymond has managed the financial affairs of more than 500 FBI agents and government officials - testament to his integrity and precision. He is also a licensed real estate broker and SEC-registered investment advisor with more than two decades of experience guiding clients through complex financial decisions.
With deep roots in condo association operations and board service, Raymond understands the unique needs of Florida communities. He is committed to transparency, accuracy, and service excellence. Based in North Palm Beach, he is proud to help communities thrive both financially and operationally.
Cara Caprino

Cara Caprino holds a degree in Marketing and Management from Indiana University and brings a global perspective to property management, shaped by a childhood spent moving around the world as a diplomat’s daughter. This unique background gives her a deep appreciation for the value of home and community—and a natural ability to adapt and lead with professionalism.
As an award-winning realtor with Baron Real Estate on the Treasure Coast, Cara is known for her strong communication and negotiation skills. She’s dedicated to providing exceptional service to both property owners and residents, building lasting relationships along the way.
Now raising two daughters in Port St. Lucie, Cara brings the same care and attention to her work that she brings to her own family. Her blend of experience, empathy, and commitment makes her a trusted partner in community management.
